What to expect
Mostly flat to gently undulating sealed or well-formed surface typical of coastal paths. The route follows the foreshore with open exposure to sun and coastal wind; limited tree shade in places. Clear signposting throughout. Expect coastal heath and salt-tolerant vegetation; some stretches may be more exposed than others. Suitable for hybrid or road bikes.
