About this footpath
A short, accessible boardwalk in Perth's urban fringe that offers a quick nature walk on raised timber. At just 550 metres, it's ideal for families, older walkers or anyone after a brief outdoor break without leaving the city. The wooden surface keeps feet dry and protects the surrounding environment.

- 5-minute walk, perfect for lunch break
- Easy access, suitable for all fitness levels
- Urban bushland experience near Perth
What to expect
A flat, well-maintained timber boardwalk through local bushland. The raised construction means no muddy patches even after rain, and you'll stay clear of low vegetation. The path is easy to follow and exposed in parts; expect some sun but likely filtered shade from native trees. Very little elevation change.
Good to know
Bring a hat and sunscreen for exposed sections. In spring (Aug–Oct), wildflowers add colour to the surrounding bush. The short length makes it ideal for young children or those with limited mobility. Weekday mornings tend to be quieter than weekends.
