The walk is signposted but requires reasonable fitness and navigation confidence for a three-hour outing.
Good to know
Carry at least two litres of water; no reliable sources on the trail. Wear sun protection and suitable bushwalking boots. Spring (August–October) offers the best conditions and wildflowers. Summer heat and bushfire risk make this season challenging. Dogs are not permitted in most bushland reserves in WA. Start early and check local conditions before heading out.
