Carry water, especially in warmer months. Wear a helmet and high-visibility gear for road crossings. The path is shared with pedestrians in places, so ride considerately. Bring a spare tube and basic repair kit. Best ridden in cooler months (March–May, September–November) to avoid midday summer heat. Check for any maintenance or closures before heading out.
