Good to know
Carry water, especially in warmer months. Summer brings heat and bushfire risk—check conditions before visiting. South-West forests can be wet in winter and spring; wear appropriate footwear. Best walked in autumn, winter and spring (Apr–Sep) when temperatures are mild and wildflowers bloom.
