About this footpath
A short, easy footpath on concrete between two of Denmark's most photographed coastal spots. The walk connects two granite outcrop formations that define this stretch of the South-West coast.
Highlights
- Granite rock formations at both ends
- Sheltered swimming beach at Greens Pool
- Coastal views along the walk
- Suitable for families and young children
- Quick, easy access to two popular spots
What to expect
Flat, well-maintained concrete surface throughout. The path is easy underfoot with minimal elevation change. Signposting is clear at access points. The walk is mostly open to the coast with some sections near the water's edge, so expect exposure to wind and sun; trees and granite outcrops provide occasional shade.
Good to know
- Firm/surfaced — more accessible going
A popular walk, especially in summer and school holidays. Carry sunscreen and water even for this short walk. Swimming conditions at Greens Pool are generally calm; check conditions before entering the water. Summer bushfire risk is present in the region. Wear sturdy shoes with good grip on concrete. Best walked early morning or late afternoon in warm months to avoid heat.
