- Moderate difficulty over 2.7 km, doable in 10 minutes
- Indigenous heritage connection and cultural significance
- Local bushland and South-West native vegetation
- Close to Denmark town amenities
What to expect
Gently rolling fine gravel track through jarrah and marri bushland typical of the South-West. The moderate gradient means some short climbs but nothing steep. The path is signposted and well-formed. Expect partial shade from native trees with some open sections; exposure increases in summer heat.
Good to know
- Open to cyclists
Carry water, especially in warmer months—Denmark summers are hot and dry. Fine gravel can be loose after rain; a hybrid or mountain bike handles it best. Spring wildflowers add colour Aug–Oct. Check local fire restrictions in summer; trails may close during high fire danger.
