Good to know
Carry plenty of water (at least 2 litres) and sun protection. Summer heat and bushfire risk make cooler months (April–September) safer. Wear sturdy boots or MTB shoes with good grip. Check local conditions before heading out; track maintenance varies. Not suitable for beginners or families with young children.
