Gradient is notable—descents and climbs demand attention.
Good to know
Carry at least 2 litres of water; forest shade reduces heat stress but spring conditions vary. Wear sturdy walking boots with good grip on gravel. Summer (Nov–Mar) brings heat and bushfire risk—check conditions before departure. Track may be muddy after rain. Dogs are generally not permitted in nearby national parks, but check local restrictions.
