What to expect
Naturally formed unpaved track with a gentle to moderate gradient. Forest floor underfoot with some loose gravel and seasonal mud patches after rain. Dappled shade from jarrah and marri, though sections may be open to sun exposure. Track should be signposted at the trailhead; watch for fallen branches and roots typical of South-West bush walking.
Good to know
Carry 1–2 litres of water and sun protection. Summer heat and bushfire risk make autumn and spring preferable. Wear sturdy walking boots with good ankle support for the uneven surface. Check local fire restrictions before heading out, especially November to March. No facilities on the track itself.
