The Eastbrook Trail is a moderate 3.5 km gravel track near Pemberton, walkable in about 45 minutes. What to expect
A gravel track winding through karri forest with gentle to moderate gradient. The surface is stable underfoot and suitable for standard walking boots. Expect intermittent shade from the tall timber, though some sections may be open to the sun. The track should be clearly marked; typical South-West forest character—dappled light, understory ferns and native shrubs.
Good to know
Carry at least 1–2 litres of water, especially in warmer months. Pemberton summers are hot; avoid peak afternoon heat. Spring (Aug–Oct) offers wildflowers and cooler walking. Check local conditions before visiting; summer bushfire risk can occasionally close tracks. Solid walking boots recommended for gravel.
