What to expect
Gentle, mostly flat or gently undulating forest track with minimal elevation gain. Well-defined path through shaded woodland typical of the South-West karri region. Likely signposted at the trailhead. Expect dappled shade from canopy cover, reducing sun exposure during warmer months.
Good to know
Carry water even on short walks; South-West summers are warm and dry. Wear sturdy walking shoes for uneven forest floor. Best walked in spring (Aug–Oct) when wildflowers are out. Avoid walking during high bushfire risk days in summer. Check local conditions before visiting.
