The King Jarrah Loop is a short, easy walk through tall jarrah forest near Pemberton. At just 690 metres, it's perfect for a quick leg-stretch or family outing. The loop takes you among some of the South-West's most impressive timber trees, offering a taste of native karri-jarrah woodland without requiring much time or effort.

What to expect
A mostly flat walk on a clear footpath through dense jarrah forest. The trail is well-formed and easy to follow, with dappled shade from the tall trees overhead. Minimal elevation change and good underfoot conditions make this suitable for most fitness levels and ages.
Good to know
Carry water even on short walks in the South-West. Wear sturdy shoes for uneven forest floor. Spring (August–October) brings wildflowers to the understory. In summer, start early to avoid heat; be aware of local bushfire risk during dry months. Check conditions before visiting.
