What to expect
Flat to gently rolling gravel underfoot, well-compacted and easy going. The track is open and relatively exposed, so sun protection is worthwhile on warm days. Signposting should be clear; typical South-West jarrah and marri forest lines the route with light to moderate shade depending on canopy density.
Good to know
Carry water, especially in warmer months. Wear sturdy, closed footwear. In summer, check local bushfire advice before heading out. Spring (August–October) brings wildflowers to the understory. Dogs are usually restricted in national parks; check local rules for this track.
