Good to know
Bring water even on short walks. In summer (December–February), heat and bushfire risk are real — check local conditions before heading out. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Spring (August–October) offers wildflowers and cooler weather. Dogs are often restricted in protected areas, so check before bringing pets.
