What to expect
A well-trodden unpaved track winding through eucalypt and mixed forest typical of the South-West region. The walk is flat to gently rolling with minimal elevation gain. Expect dappled shade from the canopy and basic track signposting. The surface may be muddy after rain.
Good to know
Carry water, especially on warm days. Wear sturdy closed shoes with good grip for unpaved ground. Spring (August–October) is ideal for wildflowers and cooler conditions. Summer brings heat and bushfire risk; check fire danger before visiting. No dogs allowed in national parks.
