This easy 1.3 km walk near Pemberton offers a gentle introduction to the South-West forest on dirt track. It's short enough for families and a good warm-up if you're tackling longer stretches of the Munda Biddi Trail or Bibbulmun Track, both major long-distance routes through the region. The walk takes around 15 minutes and makes a pleasant stroll through native woodland.

What to expect
Easy walking on a well-formed dirt track with minimal elevation change. The path winds through native forest typical of the South-West — jarrah and marri woodland with scattered understory. Signposting will be clear. Shade is reasonable under the tree canopy, though afternoon sun can filter through in places.
