What to expect
An unpaved track through open forest with gentle to moderate terrain. Footing is generally stable on the unsealed surface, though it can be uneven after rain. Expect dappled shade beneath the canopy and occasional exposure to sun. The track should be clearly defined and easy to follow.
Good to know
Wear sturdy walking boots for grip on loose ground. Carry water, especially in warmer months—South-West summers are hot and dry. Spring (August–October) offers wildflower colour. Check for bushfire risk during summer and avoid walking on high fire-danger days. The track may be muddy after rain.
