Good to know
Carry plenty of water—Pilbara heat can strike fast, especially in summer. Wear sturdy walking shoes or boots for rocky ground. Early morning is best to avoid peak heat. Summer carries bushfire risk; check local conditions before visiting. Spring (Aug–Oct) offers cooler weather and wildflower colour. No dogs in national parks.
